At the ground floor of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is our "TCafè",  where our guests can have their breakfast, or taste some of the wonderful typical dishes carefully prepared by our chefs, or where they can simply enjoy a good glass of wine, or a cocktail, in the shade of the Battistero.
Moreover, inside the beautiful  Palazzo, there are different rooms for temporary exhibitions (temporary shop),conferences and meetings.

歴史的価値のある古い建築物の２階には、パルマの街の重要建築物を見晴らすことのできる広さの異なるスイ－トル－ムが7部屋あります

どのお部屋にもキッチン、冷暖房、衛星放送付テレビ、インタ－ネット、電話、ビデオインターフォンとセキユリティーボックスが備え付けられています。

現在でもこの建物に住んでいるファミリーが玄関として利用している中庭に、ガラスのエレベーターがあり、これを利用してドゥオモ広場の大聖堂、洗礼堂、司教の公邸を見渡せる、最上階まで簡単に行くことが出来ます。

最近完成された建物の改装工事では、便宜と能率のよさを重視しつつ、建築価値に影響の及ばないように充分な配慮されました。リクエストによりスイートルームは家族でご利用いただけるよう、コネクティングルームにすることも可能です。
