At the ground floor of Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is our "TCafè",  where our guests can have their breakfast, or taste some of the wonderful typical dishes carefully prepared by our chefs, or where they can simply enjoy a good glass of wine, or a cocktail, in the shade of the Battistero.
Moreover, inside the beautiful  Palazzo, there are different rooms for temporary exhibitions (temporary shop),conferences and meetings.

The Villa is in Cafragna, at about 25 kilometres from the centre of Parma, right on the hilltop dominating the Parco Regionale dei Boschi of Carrega and near Parco del Taro.
In a strategic area for those who wish to use it as a base to reach the main cities of the centre-north like Bologna, Verona, Milan, Turin, Florence or the nearby Tyrrhenian coast.
It is spread over two floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a very large and well equipped kitchen (with a wood-burning stove ideal for bread and pizza), 2 living rooms with a fireplace and a bar area and lastly a large attic.
Around the house in addition to the beautiful portico to the north with a large car park, there is a lovely garden equipped with seats, a sun umbrella and a convenient barbeque, ideal for enjoying tasty grilled food.

How to get there (Parma – Motorway A1):
- Follow direction SS9 (ring road) - Fiera, Aeroport, Piacenza, Milan
- Follow in the direction of La Spezia, Langhirano
- Get off the ring road at off-ramp 12 and follow the direction of Collecchio - La Spezia on SS62;
- At the Collecchio ring road off-ramp, at the town of Ponte Scodogna, turn left toward "Talignano - Cafragna"
- Follow for about 6km until the trattoria of Cafragna, then turn right on the uphill road
- Follow for about 2 km until the road ends, at Banzola town

How to get there (Fornovo – Motorway A15):
- At the off-ramp of the motorway turn right following the signs for Fornovo - Parma and get on the National motorway SS62 toward Parma - Parma ed entrare in Strada Nazionale SS62 direzione Parma
- After about 7km (1 km after the town of Ozzano), turn right in the direction of "Talignano - Cafragna"
- Follow for about 6km until the trattoria of Cafragna, then turn right on the uphill road
- Follow for about 2 km until the road ends, at town of Banzola.
