G8 environment Parma, Fifth Pan-European Conference Environment and Health
Environment ministers from 53 states OMS meeting in Parma
From the 10th to 12th of March the G8 Environment conference took place in Parma.
During the conference, the ministers of 53 countries drew up a Declaration on the environmental health challenges and handled the issues of child health protection, prevention of risks and diseases caused by environmental factors and climate change and the creation of a pan-European network of national committees environment and health.
Our city was chosen not only for its beauty but also because it pays the great attention to environmental issues, such as the bike & car sharing as well as the ubiquity of the public transport network .
